Roadworks on one of the busiest stretches of road in High Wycombe could cause traffic chaos next week.
Improvement works to the road surface at a junction of the Handy Cross Hub is due to start on March 15.
The work has been scheduled to take place for three days but is expected to be finished earlier.
The work will take place at Junction C – which is the first junction off Marlow Hill as motorists travel towards the Handy Cross roundabout.
All vehicles will be diverted to Junction B – which is the second turning into the site off Marlow Hill – while the work is being carried out.
Contractors working at the site will choose when to carry out the improvements based on the weather conditions.
