A man has been charged with affray after a lit firework was hurled into a pub smoking area on New Year's Eve.
Scott Cordice, 23, of Herbert Road, High Wycombe, was charged on April 9.
The charge is in connection with an incident at O’Neills Pub, in Pauls Row, on New Year's Eve.
Ten minutes after crowds welcomed in the new year, a lit firework was thrown into the smoking area outside the pub.
No one was injured in the incident.
Cordice will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on May 12.
