A man and woman from High Wycombe were arrested following a drugs raid this morning.
Officers from Thames Valley Police swooped on an address in Chiltern Avenue and arrested a 48-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man on suspicion of production of a controlled substance.
Police are still at the scene carrying out a forensic investigation.
Two neighbouring homes were evacuated as a precaution with the priority being the safety of the public, say police.
No one was injured and the investigation continues.
Chief Inspector Graham Hadley, Deputy LPA commander for Wycombe, said: “We would like to thank the community for their patience and tolerance while we carry out this investigation.
“We would urge anyone who sees suspicious activity in their neighbourhood which could relate to drug use or production to contact us on 101.”
