Three men have been charged after thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes were stolen during burglaries across the Thames Valley - including in High Wycombe, Marlow and Beaconsfield. 

The men have been charged with conspiracy to burgle in connection with 14 incidents at business properties in Beaconsfield, Wycombe, Marlow, Staines, Maidenhead, Windsor, Bracknell and Winnersh, between October 25 last year and April this year.

Michael Richard Bates, 29, from Edinburgh Road, Maidenhead, and Liam Sean William Buckley, 30, of no fixed abode, were charged on April 11 and appeared at Reading Crown Court on May 22.

Alexander Buckley, 25, of no fixed abode, was charged on 26 May and appeared at Berkshire Magistrates' that day.

All three men have been remanded in custody and will appear at Reading Crown Court on June 30.
