Thousands of people turned out to a beach-themed street festival in Princes Risborough at the weekend.
The Risborough Town Festival saw the High Street transformed into a beach on Saturday, with visitors enjoying donkey rides, Punch and Judy shows, face painting, plenty of food and drink, as well as live music and entertainment.
Organised by Princes Risborough Town Council for the last two years after the previous festival committee could no longer do it, the festival also brought back the Risborough Bake Off.
Spokesman Kirsty Pope said: “We are very pleased. Everything went to plan on the day.
“It was pretty much packed. We officially started at 1pm but there were people starting to come from 12pm.
“We have had some fantastic feedback. Everyone seemed to have a really nice day.”
