A 62-year-old has been arrested following reports that a man was touching himself inappropriately in a popular High Wycombe park.
Daniel Paul Rouse, aged 62, of Cromwell Road, High Wycombe has been charged with one count of outraging public decency in connection with the incident which happened at the Rye on Saturday.
Rouse was arrested on Saturday and was charged the following day.
He is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today.
