A High Wycombe hotel could be turned into flats if new plans are given the go-ahead.
The family-run Ambassador Court Hotel on West Wycombe Road could be transformed into 12 flats according to new proposals submitted to Wycombe District Council by the owners, Barar Hotels.
If allowed to go ahead, the hotel - which currently has 18 rooms - will be extended and converted to provide a mix of nine one-bed flats and three two-bed flats.
It comes more than a year after another application to extend the hotel to provide an extra eight en-suite bedrooms was allowed - but no progress has so far been made on the extension.
The flats plan also includes 12 parking spaces, bin storage and cycle shelter and Wycombe District Council is expected to make a decision before February 15 next year.
