Connells has been setting the pace in estate agency for over 70 years.

Since the first Connells branch opened its doors for business in Luton in 1936 the company has risen to become one of the largest and most successful estate agency groups in the country with a network of over 500 branches throughout the UK.

Last year the Connells Group sold in excess of £8 billion worth of property and arranged mortgage loans totalling around £6 billion, helping thousands of Connells customers to buy a home of their own.

Connells Group is also the country's biggest seller of new homes, marketing in excess of 6000 new homes a year at more than 400 sites across the country, acting for the UK top 20 housebuilders as well as scores of regional and local housebuilders.
