Former High Wycombe radio man pens novel at 64

A FORMER programme controller at a High Wycombe radio station has completed his first novel at the age of 64.

Alan Thompson used to work at elevenSEVENTY am, which was a radio station in Wycombe.

He has now penned a crime novel, Isle of Dogs, which he is hoping to get published.

The former BBC newsreader and producer said there has also been a recommendation for film rights for television from an associate.
