WADDESDON Manor is inviting people to a community tree planting event to help create a new 60 acre woodland on Saturday, February 16 from 11am to 1pm.
This is the second phase of the planting process for the project which began as part of the Jubilee Woods Project, headed by the Woodland Trust to mark the Queen's 2012 Diamond Jubilee.
Planters are asked to bring suitable footwear, gardening gloves and waterproof clothing. For further details call 01296 653226.
