Band made it to regional finals of Live and Unsigned

A BAND from High Wycombe are just one gig away from playing at a competition's final in the o2 arena.
Colour Us In have made it through countless auditions in the Live and Unsigned music competition for original artists and singers to the regional finals on May 2.
If they succeed there they will be heading to the big finale in London for the live show.
Hywel Bradley, 17, singer and guitarist for the band, said: “We got together about three months ago so we are not doing too badly!
“We all knew each other and we have all been in previous bands but this was the first time it has worked and played well together.
“It is really encouraging getting as far as we have.”
He is at college at St Bernard's Catholic Grammar School in Slough. Other band members are brother Niall Bradley, 19 who plays the bass guitar, Louis Martin, 18, guitarist and singer and drummer Aaron Monleyeux. 17.
Monleyeux lives in London Road, High Wycombe and the band rehearse at his house on Monday nights. He goes to St Bernard's Catholic School, High Wycombe.
Hywel added: “We usually practice Monday nights. It has got to the point where it is more and more natural to us now. The live and unsigned competition has given us confidence in our music.”
They play regular gigs in the Nag's Head and the White Horse in High Wycombe where one of the most recent drummers from The Pogues heard their music.
Hywel mused: “He was actually there at the White horse. I knew him any way. One of the teachers at the school knew them as well.
“He gave us some positive feedback.”

The regional final of Live and Unsigned is at the Beck Theatre in Hayes on May 2 at 8.30pm.
