FOLLOWING a week of workshops at the Elgiva in Chesham there will be a special show called Elgiva's Got Talent!

Youngesters will perform their skills in front of a panel of judges in the manner of Simon Cowell and prizes will be awarded.

PINEWOOD Studios and Denham actress Suzanne Kendall is starring in Palm Tree Entertainment’s new breakout movie Got To Run.

Kendall plays the lead Sarah McGuire who is frustrated by her daily routine but finds an escape in her running hobby, which leads her to many different adventures.

Directed by Robbie Moffat the film was previewed at the Cannes Festival and is now on general release.

BACK by popular demand two world class saxophonists will be playing at the Marlow Jazz Club on Tuesday, July 27 from 8.30pm.

Peter King and Jean Toussaint came together at the club last year and was rated by regulars as one of the best events in the club's history.

They will play at the Marlow British Legion Club. For more details go to www.marlowjazz.co.uk THE Oxfordshire and Thame Show will feature Buckinghamshire’s Finest Food and Drink on July 31.

The local flavours marquee will feature produce sourced from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire with more than 30 stalls and includes Chiltern Natural Foods from High Wycombe with breakfast cereals, seeds and fresh lemonade.

The agricultural show starts at 8am and the showground is off the A4129 Kingsey Road in Thame.

TOP dance professional and previous winner of Strictly Come Dancing Camilla Dallerup launched a Big Dance project for South East England in High Wycombe.

The project came together in partnership with Wycombe Swan and saw a week of dance starting with a dance session in Eden Shopping Centre.

The aim of Big Dance is to make as many people as possible aware of dance opportunities, regardless of their age or abilities and for all to be able to participate or encounter dance somewhere across London and South East.

Camilla Dallerup was joined by Flashmob workshops taught by local choreographer Dennis Victory and dance groups Wycombe Youth Action, Collision Dance Company and Enigma.

On Saturday, July 10 choreographer Luke Birch, of Yael Flexer and Nic Sandiland Digital Dance worked with eight dancers from the area to create a site-specific dance piece for the Chilterns Shopping Centre.

Maria Ryan, Project Coordinator, said: “ It has been great that Wycombe Swan have been able to get involved in this national event, albeit late in the day and attempt to get Wycombe dancing!”
