Marketing a life of laughs
JOHN BISHOP swapped a lucrative career in marketing for making people laugh for a living. Now many awards later, John arrives in Maidenhead next week with his critically acclaimed solo show.
John first burst on to the comedy circuit eight years ago. Since then, he has appeared in Four At The Store and wrote and performed Happy Families, both for Radio 4.
He has also made numerous appearances on television, including Comedy Store (Paramount) and Brain Candy (BBC3).
