FOR an exclusive look at this year's Edinburgh Festival, head down to Norden Farm Centre for the Arts this week, where four exclusive preview shows are on offer.

New musical comedy, On The Island of Aars, kicks off proceedings on Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23. Presented by Quup Productions, the zany show revolves around a remote rock off Scotland that the world has forgotten, and with a population of just three.

Mark Watson, a regular guest on Mock The Week, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Time Trumpet, will also be previewing new material in a 60-minute show on Tuesday, July 22.

Plested and Brown will also launch their latest show, Health And Stacey, on Wednesday, July 23, which explores an epic jungle romance between an overzealous health and safety expert and the thrill-seeking Stacey.

Rounding off proceedings is Perrier nominee Dan Antopolski on Wednesday, July 23, with his new show.

Around The Fringes takes place on Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23, 7.30pm, at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, Maidenhead. Details: 01628 788997
