Terms & Conditions of use

1. The voucher entitles the holder and up to 3 guests to Cruise and Dine on a Brittany Ferries cruise to St.Malo, using consecutive sailings. Excludes all use of all High Speed crossings.
2. A minimum of two and a maximum of four persons may travel on any scheduled Departure with the exception of Friday night sailings between 18/03/09 - 30/09/09 and all sailings between 22/12/09 - 02/01/10.
3. Each passenger will be provided with a berth in a four-berth cabin, a complimentary meal, minimum three courses, in the ship’s main restaurant as permits at time of travel during the return voyage.
4. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to disembark and re-embark in accordance with sailing schedules and/or Brittany Ferries instructions.
5. Bookings can be amended for a charge of £25.00. However, no bookings will be refunded upon cancellation. Promotional fares are subject to limited and refined duration/s are only valid providing both the outward and return journeys are completed as specified on the ticket. Should any passenger fail to use both crossings, travel will be considered as a single journey and re-priced accordingly. Payment is by credit or debit card only and will be subject to a service fee, which will be advised at the time of booking. The difference between fares will be collected from the credit/debit card used for payment of the original booking.
6. All bookings are subject to promotional availability and to Brittany Ferries Yield Management controls. Brittany Ferries full terms and conditions apply. Passengers may also book a car up to 5m long and not exceeding 1.83m high either free of charge or at the tariff indicated. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions but not exceeding 6m long and/or 2.6 metres high will be quoted a supplement. Vehicles over 6 metres long and/or 2.6 metres high, caravans and trailers are excluded from this offer.
7. All bookings must be made directly with Brittany Ferries reservation centres by telephone.
8. Bookings inclusive of one night on board ship will be subject to a port charge of £24.95 per person. Where travel involves two nights on board ship a port charge of £29.95 will apply. Port charges are payable at the time of booking and are non refundable. Additionally, during the two nights cruise, a car not exceeding 5 metres in length and 1.83 metres high can be taken for a nominal fee of £30.00. No amendments are permitted.
9. All bookings are based on 4 persons sharing a four-berth cabin.Where two persons require sole use of a cabin, subject to availability, a supplement of £29.50 per person will apply.
10. Subject to release and availability, persons requesting to book cabins with a porthole will be charged a supplement of £10.00 per cabin.
11. All passengers must have Personal Travel Insurance. Brittany Ferries Personal Insurance will be arranged and charged for unless details of alternative cover of an equal level are provided at time of booking. You may be required to produce your details of cover at check-in.
12. All details and prices are correct at time of print butmay be subject to change without notice.Costs will only be confirmed at time of booking.
13. Vouchers are valid until March 31st 2010 and for travel not exceeding May 31st 2010. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other holiday, SOLD ON OR AUCTIONED OFF and no part of it may be reproduced, broadcast or enter the public domain in any format whatsoever without prior written authorisation from Headline Promotions Ltd. We reserve the right to take legal action for offenders not complying with this Terms and Condition.
14. Payment can only be made by credit or debit card and credit card payments incur a surcharge specified at the time of booking.
At the time of booking, and in line with Department of Transport Passenger Regulations, you will be required to provide full details of all passengers travelling and this will include; Surname, Initials, Gender and whether the passenger is an Adult, Child 4-15yrs or Infant under 4yrs. You will also be required to inform us of any 'Special Needs' ie sight or hearing impaired, walking difficulties, wheel-chair bound etc. Bookings will not be accepted without this information.
