A taste of the exotic
High Wycombe diners will enjoy a taste of the exotic when the town's first Spanish restaurant opens on Monday, as part of the new Eden Shopping Centre.
La Tasca Bar and Restaurant will offer customers traditional dishes such as charcuterie, paella, seafood and salads, accompanied by a range of Spanish wines and beers, all served in colourful surroundings promising an authentic experience.
The menu will also include more than 40 tapas dishes. Restaurant manager Martin Wojtczak explains: "Tapas are an integral part of the Spanish lifestyle, and are ideal dishes for sharing with friends and family."
The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 11am to 11pm, with live Spanish music every Thursday.
