EVERY week we visit a pub in south Bucks to find out what people love about their local.

Names: Robert Hazell, 65, and Eric Hazell, 90

Pub: The Plough, Winchmore Hill

How long have you been regulars here? For as long as we can remember. Probably since we were old enough to drink.

How often do you come here? Every day.

What do you like about this pub? It's got a lot of character. The same people always come back and not all of them are locals. People come from a fair distance to come here. The staff are always friendly and always talk to you. They treat you like a member of the family. The beer is very good, the food is very good - Raffaele the landlord tries the food out on us if the chef is trying a new idea. He's done an excellent job bringing life back to the place. It's the hub of village life.

Do you have a regular spot? The table by the window near the door. You see everyone come and go. They keep saying they're going to put up a plaque for us.

What's your usual tipple? Bob drinks Guinness, Eric drinks Doom Bar.

Is The Plough your local? What do you like about it? Leave your comments below.
