2. THE award-winning attraction Chiltern Open Air Museum opens for the 2014 season tomorrow with a ‘By Donation’ day for the community. New attractions for the season centre around the Museum’s famous Victorian farm, which has featured in popular television drama Downton Abbey. Other activities can also be found in the farm including replica scythes and Meccano models to help visitors understand how farmers grew and harvested crops in the past. The Lambing Fold has also been moved to the field beside the Prefab from Amersham for the new lambing season, which will begin soon after the museum in Chalfont St Giles opens.
