Hello everyone!

Hope you are all having a wonderful week full of loveliness.

As we are approaching the autumn months, our routines and lifestyles begin to change in the big lead up to Christmas. Whether you are trying to lose weight for a winter break, or detoxing before all the Christmas parties, your diet plays a huge role in this.

In particular juicing has helped me to change my eating habits dramatically. Coming from someone who was once McDonalds number one fan! I am now learning and appreciating the positives that most foods are able to give me.

One of the key ingredients that is now involved in my daily juicing is avocado. I don’t always have it juiced, I also eat it on toasted spelt bread, with goats cheese or with chutney. It is to die for!

One single avocado has the ability to balance all your nutritional levels at once. It is the only fruit on the planet that provides complete nutrition in one go (yes, you could live off avocados!), I’m not suggesting only eat avocados, that would be a bit boring wouldn’t it!! However when you are feeling your blood level sugars are low, reach for an avocado rather than a Mars bar! – You will very quickly notice a difference!

If you are not going away this Christmas, and beginning to feel very sorry for yourself, with the chilly wind and the dark nights drawing in (I certainly am!), then perhaps its time to ‘fake it’. I don’t know if it's just me being involved with pageants and modeling, but I have always found that having a nice and natural golden glow gives me total confidence and leaves me feeling prepared for the week ahead!
