1. Armed Forces Day
There are a wide range of activities planned for this exciting family day out, which include an air show, fun fair, live music, craft stalls, children’s activities, beer tent, food, zip wire, retired military horses (from the Horse Trust) and a fantastic display from the Canine Partners and much, much more. On the gate tickets are £15 adults, children £8 (6-17 years old), family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) £35. Please note, cash payments only for tickets bought on the day.

2. Amersham Carnival and Town Show
An afternoon of fun is on the cards as Amersham Carnival and Town Show, one of the area’s most popular events, returns for another year. The carnival will feature live music until 8pm, a French market and a landlocked beach recreation of Amersham by the Sea. A fairytale-themed procession will kick off the fun around midday as the gates of the carnival showground are thrown open for an afternoon of enjoyment for all ages. Organisers Amersham Round Table, the Amersham Action Group and Amersham Town Council are planning a fun-filled afternoon including a refreshment tent with up to 30 different beers and ciders. There will also be a horticultural and craft show, a fun fair and a mixture of local food stalls including a barbecue. The proceeds will go to local charities and community projects. 3. Polo Day
Support the Princes Centre Appeal by relaxing and experiencing an afternoon watching polo matches. Bring your own picnic. Ice cream available and raffle. 4. Greatest Hits Choir
The Greatest Hits Choir will be making a welcome return to the beautiful setting of the National Trust's West Wycombe Park.  The choir will sing a selection of well know pop and rock songs as well as songs from the shows.  The concert will take place in the Music Room - a very special setting with a beautiful painted ceiling or people can sit outside on the lawn and still hear the concert.  The choir is always happy to welcome new members.  If you are interested please go to www.greatesthitschoir.co.uk.

5. Flower Festival
The Amersham Flower Festival is held every five years and this year, the theme is ‘Let There Be Light’. The festival will be supporting Macular Society and St Mary’s Church. There is a gala event on Friday evening from 8pm to 10pm. Tickets for the gala are £6, donations are appreciated on other days.
