A SINGER from Downley is one step away from performing at the o2 arena in London.

Lily Taylor came first in the 16 to 20 age group in the regional finals of the open mic UK competition singing here own song.

This Sunday she will be competing against the winners of the other regional finals at the Becks Theatre in Hayes.

If she gets through she will perform at the final at the o2 in London. Her winning song can be seen on youtube by searching Lily Taylor Open Mic.
