A COMMUNITY choir will be performing a spring concert as part of the Wycombe Arts Festival.

The Marlow Community Choir at Borlase (MCCaB), under their conductor Gillian Dibden, will be performing A Spring Concert in the Performing Arts Theatre at Sir William Borlase Grammar School, Marlow on Wednesday, May 21 at 7.30pm.

The programme will include Haydn's Little Organ Mass, Vaughan-Williams' Five Mystical Songs' and a selection of Part Songs, including the haunting The Seal Lullaby by American composer Eric Whitacre, with full orchestral accompaniment.

The soloists will be Mark Griffith(baritone) and Stephanie Foster(soprano). The orchestra will be led by Marilyn Vanryne. Tickets are available at £12 each (£10 concessions) either on line at www.mccab.org.uk or by phone on 07746 307218.

The Spring concert by the MCCaB has become a regular and highly popular feature of the Wycombe Festival. Commenting on this year's concert, Gillian Dibden said: "The choir members are thoroughly enjoying this term's repertoire and are singing well.
