A ROLLING Stones tribute act is coming to the Swan Theatre tomorrow to bring a bit of cut-price glamour to the people of High Wycombe.

Nick Dagger, Keef Rickard, Bill Hymen, Charlie Mott and the unholy trinity of Bryon Jones/Mick Tailor-Made/Ronnie B Good have playing to packed venues for 15 years, earning the accolade of the “best known Stones tribute act” from Jagger himself.

The show features performances of the band's hits, as well as entertaining sketches and skits based on their life on the road.

AN AWARD winning jazz musician known as the top trombonist in Great Britain will be the star guest at Marlow Jazz Club on Tuesday.

Mark Nightingale will perform at the British Legion Hall alongside be regular favourite, the tenor and soprano sax player Art Themen as well as the resident Frank Toms Trio.

THE CHILTERN Camerata will be unveiling its new director of music at its annual performance at the Wycombe Arts Festival this weekend.

The orchestra, which has been entertaining Wycombe's music lovers with its high quality and varied concert programs since it was formed in 1996, welcomes Sam Laughton as conductor for Saturday's performance, with music from The Fairy Queen and a clarinet concerto by Gerald Finzi.

The concert takes place at the Church of St Lawrence in West Wycombe Hill Road from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £8 and are available from 01494 883112 or on the door.
