Marlow’s annual May Fayre will make its return next month, welcoming a whole host of events to the banks of the River Thames.

Organised by Marlow & District Round Table, Higginson Park will come alive on Saturday, May 7 to raise money for charities and community groups in the area from 10am to 5pm.

A number of traditional events will make a comeback including the annual duck race which will see hundreds of plastic ducks set free on the river Thames and race to the bridge to win fantastic prizes.

Children will adorn their best fancy dress and attempt to catch the eyes of the judges and there will be a traditional tea tent, BBQ and real ale beer.

There will also be a wide range of stalls and events throughout the day including a children's fancy dress competition, traditional tea tent and real ale beer.
