UPDATE: Woman dies in hospital after horror A404 crash
A busy dual carriageway between Handy Cross and Marlow was closed throughout the afternoon rush hour after a serious double crash.
It was the second on the same stretch of the A404 within an hour yesterday.
It caused long delays around High Wycombe and the surrounding areas after the latest "serious" incident at about 1.30pm on Monday.
The authorities have not yet confirmed if anyone was badly hurt or how many people were involved.
The A404 was blocked following a crash around lunchtime, but it was forced closed after a second crash just moments after the initial incident had been cleared.
Another crash on a busy dual carriageway between Handy Cross and Marlow is causing traffic chaos for parents trying to pick up their children from school.
The A404 between Handy Cross & Marlow is currently closed after a road traffic collision. Motorists advised to avoid the area at this time.

Schools also warned of disruption and some buses were delayed due to the crash.
