Changes could be made to a zebra crossing in Marlow in a bid to slow down traffic near the busy town centre.
The zebra crossing on Dean Street, near the roundabout on Chapel Street, could be raised in order to prevent speeding in the residential and retail area.
If the plans get given go ahead, the replacement crossing will be funded by Shanly Homes as part of the redevelopment of the adjacent Windsor House.
The upgraded crossing will be situated around 30 metres from the junction with Chapel Street and Bucks County Council is asking for residents' views on the proposals.
