Popular radio and television presenter, Chris Evans, will get a red carpet welcome to Marlow next week.

The Radio 2 breakfast presenter will be joining Tom Kerridge for the premiere of the celebrity chef's Pop-Up Picture House, which launches on December 1.

The former Top Gear presenter will also join the original Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car, together with a James Bond Aston Martin DB5 and the DeLorean from Back to the Future for the popular cinema launch.

The launch falls on the same night as the Late Night Shopping event, where residents will be able to enjoy a carol service, meet Santa Claus and his reindeer and visit more than 60 commercial and charity stalls in the town centre.

Music and carols will also be performed by Razzamataz, Marlow Amateur Operatic Society and The Salvation Army band.

The festive evening kicks off at 6pm and shops in the High Street, West Street and Spittal Street will stay open until 9pm.
