Plans for luxury celebrity hangout The Ivy to expand into Marlow have been given the green light.
The Ivy Collection will open a café-style brasserie at 66 to 68 High Street next year after plans were approved by Wycombe District Council.
The building is currently empty and was previously occupied by Clarks shoe shop.
The company's well-known London restaurant is a regular haunt for A-listers like Tom Cruise, Madonna, David and Victoria Beckham, Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman and Kate Hudson.
Permission was given for the new restaurant, despite a number of nearby residents objecting because of noise and smells.
However, the garden will only be allowed to be used between 8am and 10.30pm seven days a week, to protect neighbours from noise disturbance.
