Snow expected over the holidays

PEOPLE in South Bucks could see their plans to enjoy the Easter holiday spoilt by snow.

The Met Office has predicted there will be heavy snow in the area during the day on Sunday.

And there may be light snow showers on Friday and Saturday evening.

The temperature is also not expected to rise above 10C over the holiday, but the weather should improve by Monday.

Heavy snow?? thats just great time to get the sledge back out, of course weather reports arent terribly reliable so it will probably be just a sprinkling

Cool, my holiday won't be spoilt by the snow! I will get my snowboard out and make the most of it! (if it materialises, of course)

If the wind get’s up the snow will drift into the complex as there are no doors. It should make for a really nice shopping experience!

Today I went to the new department store to buy a light bulb. Do you think they sell them? Read my blog to find out. Click on the “Opinion” link on the menu on the left then click on “Readers Bucks Blog”.

Am I the only one that hates snow! It is March FGS and it is also my daughter's 18th birthday on sunday and we have got a house full of people - I was kind of hoping to put the gazebo up over the decking to create extra space. If it is snowing they will have to wear their thermals! AAHHHHH!!!

Hope this doesn't mean getting snowed into the pub and having to watch Man Utd v Liverpool and Chelsea v Arsenal instead of gardening.

WhenI lived in High Wycombe in the Fifties we had tons of the stuff all over the Chilterns I remember going for a walk above Loudwater in Mid April (Easter Sunday could have been around 1955)with four to five foot drifts where the old gravel pits were, now the Golf Course.Sadly down here in Eastbourne so near to the sea lucky to get one flake in 5 years.Enjoy it if you get some.
