Lambert linked with Foxes job

WANDERERS boss Paul Lambert doesn't look like he will be out of work for long.

Just one day after resigning from Wycombe he was being touted in the national press for the Leicester City job which is still occupied by Ian Holloway.

But Lambert insists he has nothing lined up and says the reason for his resignation is just that "One or two things weren't right."

Maybe the true reason the boss quit will come out someday, but his statement has really peaked my curiousity. And remember also that Tony Adams quit under similiar circumstances. Even though a lot of people think Adams was a Prima Dona, he did attract a few quality players to join Wycombe.
Was it the Bosses (Beek and/or Hayes).
Was it money??
Was it interference in managing the club? All questions that hopefully will be answered soon.

I doubt we will ever know the truth. Look what happend to John Gorman and we were never told the truth on that one either. Was it also a fact that Lambert had already lined up another job ?
