HOT-SHOT Danny Burnell continued his amazing scoring streak with his 11th goal in four games for Chesham United.
But his late penalty was not enough to stop United's groundshare tenants Aylesbury United ending Chesham's 100 per cent sprint start to the campaign with a 2-1 home' win, although Burnell remains unstoppable.
It took him just eight days to get into double figures for the season.
He started off with all five goals in United's 5-0 win at Sutton Coldfield on the opening day of the season and then followed up with two more in the Meadow Men's 3-1 win against Arlesey three days later.
And he was at it again on Saturday, slamming in his second hat-trick of the season as Chesham maintained their 100 per cent start by dishing out a 4-0 thumping to Woodford.
That took his tally to ten goals from three games.
And just when it looked as though his run would finally end, United were awarded a late penalty yesterday which he calmy converted to reduce the deficit.
But try as they might United could not force another and the Ducks, who had a man sent off, held on to win 2-1 through first half goals from Glenn Hawkins and Kevin Mellor.
