A PHOTOGRAPHY club is looking for new members to join up in their seventieth year.
The Wycombe Photographic Society was set up in 1938 following an appeal through the letters page of the Bucks Free Press.
The club is still going strong 70 years on - but now they are looking for more snappers to join them.
President Chris Small said: "We support and encourage all sorts of photography types - black and white, traditional transparencies and digital projection. If people want to do it, we will support them.
"We would love to have more younger members. They bring a little more vitality and new ideas we need. We don't want to be stuck in the mud."
The club next meet on September 4 - which will also see the launch of its annual photography competition.
It will be held at Micklefield Community Centre from 8pm.
