THE family of a man who died following a police search vowed to continue their fight for answers.

Relatives of Habib Ullah expressed concerns about the investigation into his death at a press conference tonight.

The 39-year-old father of three from Slough died following a drugs search of a car in Lee Court, Sharrow Vale, High Wycombe, on July 3. Mr Ullah had been restrained by officers.

He encountered breathing difficulties and died about an hour later at Wycombe Hospital.

A package was removed from Mr Ullah's windpipe and has been sent away for tests.

No cause of death has been announced.

The death is now under investigation by the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

Speaking at the meeting at the Ambassador Court Hotel, in West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, Mr Ullah's brother Raja said: "It has been 58 days and we are still looking for answers to how our brother died.

"We will continue to fight for the truth and justice for his wife and children, his wider family and friends to ensure nothing like this happens again in Thames Valley and across the country."

Earlier this month more then 100 friends and family of Mr Ullah walked through High Wycombe in a demonstration.

They made 'two minutes of noise' outside the town's police station in Queen Victoria Road at the end of the 'march for justice'.
