THE following planning applications were validated by south Bucks councils on Thursday.
Wycombe District Council
Lane End Village Hall Finings Road Lane End Buckinghamshire HP14 3EY- Remove all fire scarred boughs / branches back to main stem, suitable branch junction or growth point, and crown lift to approximately 3 metres the opposite side of the canopy to balance crown to Sycamore T1; creation of a browse line at 2.5 metres to small-leafed Lime T3 by reducing drooping branches to appropriate branch junctions or growth points.

Chiltern District Council:
Antonari Snells Lane Little Chalfont Buckinghamshire HP7 9QW- Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission CH/2012/1650/FA - Single storey extension to north west elevation with single storey glazed extension across rear elevation, single storey extension to south east elevation, front porch, rear dormer window, single storey link extension between dwelling and barn adjacent to Snells Lane, including alterations to create residential annexe, external alterations to existing dwelling, alterations to front boundary wall and erection of fence and vehicular entrance gates. •
