COMMUTERS are facing travel chaos this morning as trains into London have been hit by delays on the second day of London's tube strike.

Chiltern Railways said signalling problems at Marylebone means trains to and from the station are being delayed by up to 40 minutes.

The rail operator expects the delays along the route to continue until 10am, but it is not clear how much of a backlog the issues have caused.

This includes services from Princes Risborough, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross,

Some commuters from High Wycombe have reported delays of around an hour as they wait onboard trains for them to pull into Marylebone.

The travel problems come on the second day of the London tube strike, with many services cancelled or running a limited service.

Chiltern Rail confirmed Passengers are being accepted on Virgin Trains between Birmingham and London Euston and also on Cross Country services from Banbury to Birmingham New Street.
