POLICE have charged a Flackwell Heath man with four ‘possession of firearms’ offences – including possession of an electrical stun gun.
Malcolm Bowler, 32, of Oakwood, has been charged with two counts of possession of a section 1 firearm without a firearms certificate.
The other two charges are possession of firearm component parts without a firearms certificate, and possession of an electrical stun gun.
Mr Bowler is due to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, December 4.
