AN inquiry into proposals for a gypsy site in Flackwell Heath has been postponed until a fresh planning application has been considered. Wycombe District Council rejected a scheme for 128 Heath End Road in August, after which two gypsy families lodged an appeal with the planning inspectorate. But an inquiry into that appeal has now been delayed until the council has considered a new application from the travellers, which aims to address the objections that were raised.
