Police launch helicopter search following burglary in Wooburn Green

POLICE launched a search for suspected burglars in Wooburn Green in the early hours of Monday morning - after four men were seen running from a business premises.

The report of the incident was received at 1.17am, and a helicopter was deployed as officers on the ground searched the area around The Green.

Officers said they recovered suspected stolen property including a safe and charity boxes. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, but police are still trying to trace three other suspects.
