Live: Road chiefs outline plan to combat winter weather

BOSSES in charge of Buckinghamshire's road network are holding a live briefing this afternoon to outline how they intend to keep motorists on the move this winter.
There have been some severe problems due to ice and snow in recent years and council chiefs have come under fire over gritting routes at times.
