PLANS to transform a former Totteridge pub into an education centre run by an Islamic organisation were tonight rejected by Wycombe District Council. Members of the council's planning committee felt Wycombe Islamic Mission's proposal for the old Iron Duke pub would cause an unacceptable impact on parking and traffic in the Totteridge Road area.
