I think the main improvement to this scheme is to toughen it up. I think the police should be allowed to taser youths for crimes such as littering and wearing baseball caps backwards.

These little scum in Marlow that cause all this trouble do need to be hit hard. They all come from scabby backgrounds where the parents, probably just parent, are also scabs who has never worked, never will yet the state continues to fund their pointless lives. In my oppinion they should all be steralised so as to ensure they are kept out of the gene pool for good then proper people can go about their lives and not be hindered by these pointless cretins. God when is the bennefit system going to be changed so that the career benefit claimers are kept away from society and can all live together underground some where out of sight? What a wonderful world it would be!!

Could not agree more. Like you say, if you have never contributed then you have obviously never worked (actual and proven disabilities aside) and therefore should not be entitled to ANYTHING least of all children as those on benefits seem to generally cause trouble as they have no respect for real people.Cannot understand why they are given houses to live in?! Big warehouses with dormitories is still too good!

I was starting to question my sanity ha ha.

On the view of the story though I have to say that the disbursement order has made a huge difference - I live on this estate and work hard for my home. I have been made to feel intimidated a number of times and had my car vandalised. A majority of the "youths" (I don't really like that term) are polite and treat their neighbouts with respect but there is a small group that is just vile.

Yes, I have witnessed many an incident in Marlow involving these pond life and I am sorry but they need to be got rid of as all they do is make decent peoples lives a misery. I know for a fact that most of them come from families that dont give two hoots about anyone else. They are gutter trash.
