A PIONEERING anti-yob zone in Marlow will come under the spotlight on Monday night as residents get a chance to air their views on the trial.
An experimental policing area, which gives officers the power to banish potential troublemakers for 24 hours, was set up in March.
The dispersal zone is in operation around Gunthorpe Road and police say so far it has been successful in lowering the number of reports of anti-social behaviour.
A public meeting on Monday will enable townsfolk to grill council and police chiefs.
It will be chaired by Councillor Richard Scott.
Speakers include Inspector Ray Wilks, youth worker Matthew Woolley and Dr David O’Halloran from Mediation Bucks.
It takes place from 7pm at the Marlow Christian Fellowship Hall at Foxes Piece School, Newfield Road, Marlow, SL7 1JW.
