FLY tippers have struck again at a village cricket club, dumping tons of rubble by the entrance gate.
Rubbish was left outside Little Kingshill Cricket Club three times in the space of a month earlier this year, with club members hoping that was the last they would have to put up with.
Last time it was garden waste that was being illegally dumped at the entrance to the ground in Heath End Road, but the latest load, which was left on December 8, is proving harder to shift.
Former club chairman Tony Chick said: “After people stopped pruning their trees it seemed to stop, but now we’ve got half of someone’s drive, a brick wall and god knows what else.
“It’s rather annoying it’s happening to say the least. Unfortunately I can imagine it’s not going to be the last time.”
