A CHARITY is saying a heartfelt 'thank you' this year after more than 70,000 cans and packets of pasta and rice have been donated by generous members of the public to help improve the lives of the needy.
With these donations, the 'One Can Trust' charity will be able to help families who are struggling to make ends meet, and give them the happy Christmas that they deserve.
The charity serves more than 1,700 people in High Wycombe and the surrounding Areas.
Sarah Mordaunt, a representative from One Can Trust said: "It is great to know that community spirit is still alive and well and that people are prepared to help those who are worse off than themselves. We cannot thank the people of High Wycombe enough for all their support."
Anyone interested in donating can visit www.onecantrust.org.uk/christmas or call 07731 789313 for more information.
