Car keys stolen from house in Penn
CAR keys were stolen from a house in Penn on Christmas Eve, although no vehicles were taken.
At around 7.15am on December 24 burglars broke into a property in Hillside Road by going through a side gate and forcing the bottom panel of the back door.
They then searched the house and stole car keys but no vehicle was stolen.
Police are appealing for anybody who has information about this incident to come forward by calling 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.

-Compact or dispose of packaging discreetly to avoid criminals to spot something you’ve discarded and can target you for their next burglary or theft.
-Remember to always lock your car and close the windows properly, even if you’re only gone a few moments.
-Always try to lock all merchandise or
packages in a safe and hidden place in your car.
-Have your car key in your hand as you approach the door.
-Stay alert to your surroundings and
the people around you. Look inside
your car and around it as you approach before clicking the remote key fob.
