Drivers urged to take care with more light snow forecast
DRIVERS are being advised to check the latest weather forecast and road conditions before they travel, with more light snow and sleet forecast across Bucks.
The Highways Agency has issued an ‘Amber Alert’ asking motorists to take extra care in adverse conditions.
Drivers are advised to plan their journey before they set out, checking the forecast and road conditions, leaving extra time if travel conditions are poor and consider delaying their journey if the weather becomes severe.
Victoria MacFarlaine, deputy editor of the BFP, says there is currently light snow in Marlow and the roads are "gridlocked".
Gritters were out salting primary roads in the south of the county from 4am this morning, according to Twitter updates from Bucks County Council.

This is no different to any other working day!
I got up at my usual time and left for work at 0800 and the journey was actually quicker than normal
Clearly the problem isn't snow-related
