Trial begins for man accused of pizza shop GBH
A TOTTERIDGE man appeared in court today accused of attacking a night clubber outside a pizza outlet in High Wycombe last summer.
Aylesbury Crown Court heard Thomas Harding, 22, has been left permanently brain damaged following the alleged assault outside Pizza Go Go in Castle Street in the early hours of July 29.
The court was told by the prosecution that Alexander Wilson, 24, of Totteridge Lane, punched Mr Harding in the head before running off. Mr Wilson denies the charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm [GBH].
The prosecution opened its case today and the case continues. More tomorrow.
