A 39-YEAR-OLD High Wycombe man found with 3,200 indecent images of children on his computers has avoided a prison sentence.

David Miller's conduct will be supervised for the next 12 months and he has been made the subject of a community order but was spared a jail term by an Aylesbury Crown Court judge on Friday.

Police swooped on Miller's then home in Dolphin Court on June 14 2011 and discovered two computer hard drives filled with indecent images of children.

They ranged in severity from level one to level four, the second most graphic.

Miller, of Altona Road, had pleaded guilty to eleven counts of making indecent images of children at a previous court hearing before being sentenced.

He was sentenced to a 12 month supervision order and a community order. He will also remain on the sex offenders register and adhere to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order for the next five years.

His home was searched after an investigation by Thames Valley Police's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Agency.

So the chap from the previous story gets 4 1/2 years for conspiracy to Burgle yet this bloke gets a "community" order.

I wonder if the Judge would want this male near him living in his community?

When will authorities learn these people cannot be "cured"! They like children like I like grown women and no matter how much some doctor tells them it is wrong and no much they will nod and say they agree they, unfortunately have a sexual preference for children.

Lock em up! The amount of re-offending by child sex offenders either in the form of assaults or further possession of images is massive. They do not learn!

He will start his next project and will be much careful about it and more victims as a result, the legal system is a joke in these cases. I'm sure he will be walking with a big grin on his face.

He wount have grin on his face i bump into him!.
That judge is probably one of his close friends on facebook,it's a shame that people are being put in prison for far lesser crime's.Yet these scumbags walk free from court fully well knowing they have scared those innocent little children for the rest of their life's!!.The impact it will have on their upbringing,i dont even want to begin to think of the,suicide's,mental state of mind,resenting the law for not getting them justice,i could be here all day......!!.
But he walks free with us paying for his well being and getting him ready for his next victims! i am raged about this sick dirty sad excuse for a human, he should be put on normal location in prison and you'll see what happens to him!!!.Exactly like what happend to ian huntley!.SCUMBAGS,i got to go because im getting angry now........

given that animal vivisection cannot properly (in a lot of cases) be extrapolated into the results that would ensue if humans were tested, should we not just carry out vivisection on paedo's? It's a 'win, win' scenario, people love fluffy animals and no-one likes filthy pervs (so no loss)

Sadly I have known this man for a considerable amount of years but only found out about what he's been doing today! I am sickened and horrified as I have been casually drinking and chatting with him in my local pub whilst being totally unaware of who and what he is! I just hope I don't bump into him again as I'm unsure I would be responsible for my actions, this has really upset me as I'm now wondering who else I don't know and what they may be capable of?

Must also say that given how well known this guy is locally, the nature of the offences and the reaction to previous similar stories where the perpetrators were Muslim I'm very surprised there aren't more comments on this story and sadly have to accept that a lot if the comments on previous posts probably were racially motivated.

I'm sad to say I also know, or thought I knew this sad specimen of a man and would never have suspected him of this. This sentence is an absolute joke and the thought that he's still walking the streets is a sad indightment of our justice system, public flogging followed by castration would be to good for him and his sad peado friends. Goes to show that you can never know what's going on in other people's heads and that you can't trust anyone. What's even scarier is that statistically we all probably know one. That guy in your local pub, church group, shop, work etc.
