Men jailed for Wycombe Air Park attack
3:25pm Friday 8th February 2013 in News
Anthony Jay Anderson
FOUR men perceived to be “above the law” have been jailed for their involvement in a fight at a music event held at Wycombe Air Park.
A group of men set upon a 32-year-old man who sustained serious facial injuries in the attack at a music event at The Pad venue on August 14.
Anthony Jay Anderson, 26, from Spring Gardens Road, High Wycombe, was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment for affray at yesterday’s hearing at Oxford Crown Court sitting for Aylesbury Crown Court.
He was also handed a 16 month prison term - to run consecutively - for a separate assault on March 12 in which a 21-year-old man suffered a fractured skull.
Carey Luvance DeFreitas, 27, of Micklefield Road, Clint Morris, 33, of Gayhurst Road, and Asher Anderson, 26, from Wembley all received a 15 month jail term for the Wycombe Air Park affray.
Wycombe Area Commander, Supt Gilbert Houalla, said: “The men have been sentenced for the crime that they committed and must now suffer the consequences of their actions.
“These men have been perceived by many in Wycombe as above the law and I would like to send out a strong message to the community, that nobody is above the law and if you commit a crime, you will be caught.”

Yet again the police do a good job in arresting and putting men like these before the court only to be let down by the sentencing. This man committed two serious assaults and will be out of prison in 6 months.

They were untouchable and capable of doing anything so kept harming others. Prison will give them reality check any hope inmates will teach them some manners as well. They were probably on state benefits and always complained that society hasn't done anything for them. Get them to clean the streets for six months when they are out, monsters may learn the art of living.

Regardless I'm rather happy that these scumbags will be behind bars for at least 7 1/2 months meaning they are not free to walk the streets of High Wycombe.
Well done to the police for securing these convictions.

It's was simply a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Quick enough to run your mouths putting your opinions out there about boys you don't know and a situation you clearly don't know about. Are you there when their with the family, supporting their children, going to work etc..? Thought not so keep your unwanted comments to your self!
