Air ambulance lands on The Rye this evening

THERE are unconfirmed reports that an air ambulance has landed on The Rye this evening.

It is believed it is to deal with an incident in Lime Avenue, but at the moment it is unclear why.

Surely the noise that a helicopter makes, there should be no question as to whether it did land on the Rye or not. They don't exactly sneak up on places.

A helicopter is needed to avoid the traffic jams on the A4010 en route to Stoke. How about an A&E nearer to hand - Wycombe, say...

In France Canal+ interrupted broadcasts to tell listeners - I think it must have been the possible ivor connection that made it so newsworthy.

Wow is this office bound reporting, taken a telephone call saying Ambulance helicoptor lands on the Rye, or did the reporter go and have a look, Wow more excellent reporting from Bucks Free Press
